1. In the app: Personal Settings
Evora is preparing for release. The account deletion option deletes the app-user record and its data; it does not mean you ever registered or signed in. You can also use the email route at any time, including before the app is available.
- Open Evora AI and go to Personal Settings.
- Choose the account deletion option and read the confirmation.
- Confirm using the steps shown. If something stops you, email us instead.
2. Without the app: email us
Email contact@neptune-ai.net with the subject “Evora AI data deletion” and say that you want your Evora app-user record and associated personal information deleted. If you can, add an app-user reference, a creation reference or a Google Play order number to help us find the records.
There is no Evora email login or password to give us, and you do not need to reinstall the app. If you have no reference, tell us what you do have and we will help find the records without collecting more than necessary.
We ask only for what we reasonably need to find the data and confirm you are entitled to delete it, and may ask for limited extra verification to protect someone else's information. Never send Google credentials, full payment details or unrelated identity documents.
3. Before you delete
Save any image or video you want to keep. Erased records and media cannot be restored, and removing the app-user record can also remove what links your device to its earlier activity. You may contact support about unresolved paid access before or alongside deletion, but you do not have to.
If you have a subscription, cancel its renewal separately in Google Play. Deleting data is not a cancellation instruction to the store and does not request a refund. You can ask about a purchase in the same message as your deletion request.
4. What is deleted
Once the request is confirmed, we delete your app-user record, the personal information associated with it and all information belonging to your creations — prompts, input and output images or videos, settings, metadata and every copy — across our systems and the processors acting for us. The limited exceptions below never keep creation information.
Separately, everything associated with a creation is deleted automatically within 36 hours of the start of its input upload, or of prompt submission where nothing is uploaded, with no request needed. The AI Data Privacy page explains how.
Files you saved to a device or shared elsewhere are outside our systems and are not removed. Deleting Evora data does not delete your Google account, and Google's payment records remain subject to Google's own obligations and privacy notice.
5. What may have to remain
We may keep independent records needed for accounting, tax, payment disputes, fraud prevention, security or legal claims, with all creation content, metadata and links to a creation removed. What remains is limited to the purpose and period that justify it and is never used for AI training or to keep using a deleted app-user record. Install-attribution records are covered in the Privacy Policy and contain no creation data.
If such records, containing no creation data, sit briefly in a protected backup, they are kept out of ordinary use and removed in the normal deletion cycle; if a backup is ever restored, the deletion is applied again. Creation information in backups follows the same 36-hour limit as the original.
When we receive a request we explain any verification needed, complete it within the legal period and tell you about any retention exception. If we cannot complete it fully, we explain why and what you can do.
