36 hours, then gone.

Plain answers about what happens to a photo, prompt or video once you hand it to Evora's AI.

At a glance

  • Only the photos or video you pick are uploaded.
  • Processing happens on our own servers, not a third-party AI.
  • Nothing you submit is used to train models.
  • Every trace of a generation is erased within 36 hours.

1. What does the AI actually receive?

Only what a generation needs: your prompt, the photos or video you choose, the effect or template and the settings you pick. While the task runs it also gains a task reference, a status, timestamps and other metadata, and it produces images or videos, previews and thumbnails. All of that together is the generation content.

Photos and videos come through Android's system Photo Picker, so Evora sees only the items you select for that request — never your whole gallery.

Make sure you may use what you upload, including permission from anyone whose face or likeness appears, and keep private documents and unnecessary sensitive details out of prompts and media.

2. Where is it processed?

Image to video, AI images, video extension and templates all run on generation servers we operate, with models we host ourselves. Your inputs and results are not handed to a third-party AI service. “Self-hosted” means our servers, not your phone.

The models read images, video and text in order to produce new media. They do not recognise faces, build identity profiles or extract biometric identifiers. A photo with a face in it is still personal information, so it gets the same care and the same deadline as everything else.

3. Is any of it used to train AI?

No. We do not use user data to train AI models — not your generation content, not your input or output media, and not the service or support records connected with your use of Evora.

The permission you give us covers carrying out and supporting your request. It is not permission to build a training set or to pass your material to another AI provider.

4. When is it deleted?

The clock starts the moment the upload begins (or when you submit the prompt, if nothing is uploaded) and runs for 36 hours. By then every part of the generation is erased across our systems and any processor working for us — databases, logs, support or report attachments, caches and backups included. Finishing the video or copying the data does not reset the clock.

If you want to keep a result, save it to your phone. Saved files are yours, stay on your device after our copy is gone, and are handled by whoever you share them with.

5. Does anything else stay behind?

Evora also keeps a few separate records — app-user, purchase, support, security and install-attribution records — each under its own retention rules described in the Privacy Policy. They are stripped of generation content and of any link to a generation by the deadline, even when the record itself must stay.

Adjust is used only to see which source an installation came from and never receives generation content. None of these records is used for model training.

6. How can I delete my data or report a result?

Evora has no account. Delete your app-user record and related personal information from Personal Settings, or email contact@neptune-ai.net with an app-user or generation reference if you have one — there is no need to send copies of private material.

If a result looks harmful, infringes your rights or shows someone without their permission, open its detail page and use the report option; the report is sent without leaving the app. You can also email us a reference and an explanation. Please do not forward illegal material; we ask only for what we need to investigate.

This page covers AI processing in Evora AI: AI Video Generator, operated by Md. Abu Bakker Shekh. Operational providers such as hosting are separate from generation: no third-party AI provider processes your inputs or results.
