1. About Evora and these terms
Evora AI: AI Video Generator is developed and operated by Md. Abu Bakker Shekh, publishing as Neptune AI, of Ektarpur, Ektarpur Hat, Khoksa, Kushtia, Kushtia - 7020, Bangladesh. In these terms “Evora”, “we” and “us” mean that operator and “you” means the person using the app or website. The terms cover the Evora AI mobile app, its creative features, https://evora.neptune-ai.net and related support.
Evora's creative features are image-to-video, AI image creation from your photos, video extension and video templates. The app is preparing for release on Google Play. This website introduces the app and provides information and support; it does not run generations, sell anything or offer a download yet.
Some features or purchases come with extra conditions shown in the app or at checkout, such as included benefits, usage limits or the billing period. Those conditions apply to that feature or purchase alongside these terms, and cannot take away rights the law gives you. A later change to this website does not rewrite a purchase you already made.
2. Who may use Evora
You need the legal capacity, and any permission required where you live, to accept these terms. You must meet the minimum age that applies to you and any age rating shown for the app in its store listing. Where the law allows use with a parent's or guardian's agreement, get that agreement before using Evora.
If you use Evora for an organisation, you must be authorised to act for it and to submit its material. Your use must respect the laws, intellectual-property rights, privacy rules and store policies that apply to you.
Do not use the service where the law forbids it. A website or store listing being reachable from your country is not a promise that every feature is offered or allowed there.
3. Using the app without an account
Evora does not ask you to register or sign in. The user references and service records connected with your use are not a login account. The Google account you use to download the app or pay belongs to Google and is not an Evora account.
Look after the device and store access you control. When you contact support, describe what happened as accurately as you can and include an order reference if you have one; if you are unsure of a detail, say so. Tell us if you think someone has used your device's Evora records or paid benefits without permission.
Clearing app data, reinstalling or switching phones can remove the local information that links you to earlier activity. Keep copies of results you want and your purchase references. If paid access goes missing, contact support rather than assuming that clearing data will restore or cancel it.
4. Our software and brand
The Evora app, its interface, website, design, branding, documentation and other material we supply are protected by intellectual-property law and belong to us or our licensors. These rights are separate from your rights in the material you submit or create.
We give you a limited, non-exclusive permission to use the service for its creative purpose, subject to these terms and any feature conditions. That permission does not transfer the software, models, trademarks or other protected material to you.
Unless we agree or the law allows, do not copy, distribute, sell, license or commercially exploit the app, its interface or our branding as your own product, and keep ownership notices in place. None of this stops you exporting your own results as the app permits.
5. Your material and your results
Your material is the prompt, photos, videos, settings and other information you choose to submit. You keep whatever rights you already have in it. You are responsible for having the permissions needed — copyright, privacy and permission to use a person's likeness — and for deciding whether it is appropriate to upload.
AI results can contain mistakes, odd details or resemblances to other work. Check a result before you download, share, publish or rely on it. A successful upload or generation does not mean the input or output is lawful or that anyone else's rights have been cleared.
Whether AI-generated material is protected by copyright depends on the law and the material. We do not promise that a result is protected, exclusive to you or usable in every commercial setting. Respect any restrictions shown for a template or other licensed element.
Do not present generated media as genuine evidence of an event or of what a real person did where that would mislead people. Label synthetic content wherever the law, a platform or the context requires it.
6. The permission you give us to process your material
When you submit material you give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to receive, process, store temporarily and transmit it, create the result you asked for and make that result available to you. We may also handle it to deal with a support or safety issue you raise. The permission exists only to deliver, protect and support the service and does not transfer ownership.
Generation runs on self-hosted systems that we operate. We do not send your inputs or results to a third-party AI generation provider, and we do not use any user data to train AI models. Everything associated with a creation is deleted within 36 hours of the start of its input upload, or of prompt submission where nothing is uploaded, as the Privacy Policy and AI Data Privacy page explain.
Evora is not a storage service. Download anything you want to keep while it is available. The Privacy Policy explains how creation data and other records are kept.
You are welcome to send us ideas about Evora. We may consider and use a suggestion without owing payment just because you sent it, but feedback gives us no ownership of unrelated work and no permission to disclose private information. Please do not include other people's confidential material in a suggestion.
7. What you must not create or do
Use Evora for lawful creative work. Do not ask it for prohibited content, submit material that breaks someone else's rights or use a result to do something unlawful or harmful. These rules cover inputs, outputs and how you access the service.
- No child sexual abuse material or sexualised depiction of minors, no non-consensual intimate imagery, no sexual exploitation and no pornographic content made for sexual gratification.
- No threats, harassment, hateful abuse, violent extremism, encouragement of self-harm or other content promoting serious harm.
- No fraud, phishing, scams, deceptive impersonation or identity abuse, no fabricated evidence or documents and no deliberate deception about elections or other civic processes.
- No infringement of copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other rights. Get permission before using another person's likeness and never expose their private information without a lawful reason.
- No malware, unauthorised access, interference with other users, overloading of our systems or unapproved security testing.
- No getting around safety measures, purchase controls or usage limits, tampering with payment or entitlement records, or reselling access without permission.
- No scraping or systematic extraction of service data, removal of ownership notices or reverse engineering of protected software or non-public systems, except where the law expressly allows it.
If a result concerns you, use the report option on that creation's detail page — you can send the report without leaving the app. You can also contact support, especially if you cannot open the app. Give a reference and an explanation instead of sending illegal content or unnecessary private material.
8. Installing and using the app
Subject to these terms and the store's rules, you may install and use an authorised copy of Evora on a compatible device you own or control. This permission is non-exclusive and does not allow you to transfer, sublicense or redistribute the app.
Do not sell, rent, repackage, modify or distribute the app without permission, or remove its security or ownership notices. This does not restrict anything the law allows despite a contract term, or rights granted under a separate licence for an included component.
Your device, operating system, connection and Google Play services have their own requirements, and data charges are yours. Some updates may be needed for security or compatibility; check the official store listing for the requirements of an available version.
9. Subscriptions, credits and paid features
This website does not list prices. Evora may offer auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time credit packs inside the app. Before you confirm a purchase, the app and Google Play checkout show the price, currency, any applicable taxes, what is included and important limits. Make sure you understand the offer and are authorised to use the payment method.
Credits or other in-app usage units come with conditions explaining how many you receive, what they can be used for, whether they expire or reset each period and any eligibility rules. Subscription allowances and separately purchased credits can follow different rules; the conditions shown for the offer govern the units you obtain.
Credits represent the access described in the offer. Their name does not give them a cash value, a transfer right or a promise of a set number of results. The app shows what a generation costs before you spend credits on it.
Google Play's checkout, payment validation and transaction rules also apply to purchases made through its billing. Keep your order number so support can look into a missing benefit or a wrong charge. We never need your card number or access to your Google account to start an enquiry.
10. Automatic renewal and cancelling
A subscription's purchase screen states its billing period (for example weekly or yearly), the recurring price, included benefits, automatic renewal and how to cancel. It renews on those terms until you cancel through Google Play. Any free trial or introductory price is shown with its length and the price that applies afterwards before you agree.
To cancel, use the Google account that bought the subscription: open Google Play, go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose Evora AI and follow the steps. Cancelling usually stops the next renewal, and access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Local law or store rules may give other outcomes, so check the confirmation shown for your purchase.
Uninstalling Evora, clearing its data or asking us to delete your records does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancelling and asking for a refund are separate. Before changing a recurring price or another material purchase condition, we give any notice and obtain any consent that the law and Google Play require.
11. Refunds and fixing paid access
See our Purchases & Refunds page if you were charged twice or without permission, paid access or credits are missing, a paid feature failed or something else went wrong with a purchase. Google Play purchases can also be reviewed through Google's own refund process. Whether a refund is possible depends on the transaction, the problem, the store's rules and the consumer protections that apply to you.
When a store confirms a refund or payment reversal, the matching transaction and the access or credits it gave may be corrected or withdrawn. The adjustment relates only to that purchase; a refund does not erase unrelated purchases or your legal protections. Contact support if the store's decision and what the app shows do not match.
We may investigate signs of payment manipulation or refund abuse and take proportionate steps to protect the service. Asking for a refund in good faith or disputing a decision you think is wrong is not misuse. Nothing in these terms makes every digital purchase non-refundable or blocks a remedy the law requires.
12. App stores, links and providers we rely on
Using Evora involves other providers: Google Play for distribution and billing, and operational services for hosting, website delivery and email. Evora uses Adjust only to identify where installations come from. Attribution involves technical identifiers and install signals, but we never send Adjust creation data. The Privacy Policy explains the information involved and your choices.
These providers have nothing to do with AI generation. Their involvement does not mean your creative request is handed to an outside AI model or that your inputs and results go to a third-party AI provider.
Outside websites and stores have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content, decisions or availability, and linking to them is not an endorsement of everything they say. We stay responsible for our own obligations and cannot use a provider's involvement to escape them.
If we show an offer or promotion from another business, check who provides it and its conditions first. That business is responsible for its own offer unless we expressly say otherwise, while our own promotional statements remain subject to consumer law. Taking part never requires you to accept unrelated marketing or tracking.
13. Privacy and the way we treat your material
Our Privacy Policy and AI Data Privacy page explain how information is collected, used, protected and deleted. Read them with these terms. Accepting these terms does not replace any separate consent that data protection law requires and does not waive your privacy rights.
We limit access to information to the purposes described in those documents. Creative material is handled to provide and support the service you asked for — never as a licence to publish your private inputs or to train AI on your data. Necessary operational and legally required disclosures are listed in the Privacy Policy.
Evora does not perform facial recognition or extract biometric identifiers, but a photo containing a face can still be personal information. Only upload images and information you are entitled to use, and leave out sensitive or confidential material the creation does not need.
14. Deleting your Evora data
Use the deletion option in Personal Settings to remove your Evora user data and service records, or email contact@neptune-ai.net, including when you can no longer open the app. Neither route requires an account. The deletion page lists details that help us find the right records.
Save the results you want before asking for deletion; erased records cannot be recovered. Files you downloaded or shared outside Evora are separate copies and are not removed from your device or another service.
Deletion covers all information connected with your creations, not only the finished media. Independent records may need to remain for accounting, payment disputes, security, fraud prevention or legal requirements, as the Privacy Policy explains. Those records keep no creation content, metadata or links to a creation, and these exceptions neither extend the creation-data deadline nor allow ordinary use of records that should be erased.
Deleting your Evora data does not delete your Google account, cancel a subscription or request a refund. You can raise a purchase question at the same time as a deletion request and support will handle each record for its own purpose.
15. Suspending or ending access
You can stop using Evora whenever you like, subject to cancelling any subscription separately. We may restrict a request, or suspend or end access, where reasonably necessary because of a serious breach of these terms, non-payment for the affected benefit, fraud, a security threat or a legal requirement.
Our response will be proportionate. Where appropriate and lawful we explain the restriction and give you a way to contact support about it. Urgent protective steps may come before notice, and we may limit details where sharing them would undermine security or break the law.
When your permission to use the service ends, you must stop using the restricted parts. Obligations relating to existing purchases, rights in material, lawful record keeping and open claims continue where their purpose requires. Ending access does not remove any refund, privacy right or other remedy the law gives you.
16. Availability, updates and changes
Features may need maintenance, security fixes, technical changes or adjustments to meet legal and store requirements, and network problems or events outside our reasonable control can affect availability. We cannot promise uninterrupted service or compatibility with every device or Android version.
We may add, change or withdraw features for genuine product or operational reasons. If a change materially affects something you have already paid for, we give the notice and options required by the purchase terms and the law. An urgent legal or security issue may require a change before notice can be given.
If a change or withdrawal means we can no longer provide what you paid for, contact support about a fair remedy, which may include restoring the benefit, ending the purchase or a refund where required. Our right to update the service is not a right to keep payment for something we did not deliver.
17. What to expect from AI results
AI generation is probabilistic. It can produce errors, visual flaws, unwanted details or material similar to other content, and the same request can give different results each time. Submitting a request does not guarantee any particular style, accuracy, originality or commercial outcome.
The visuals on this website illustrate what kinds of creations are possible. They are not screenshots of the app or a promise that every user will get the same results. Read the description of a paid feature before buying it and check what you create before using it.
These limits do not override consumer law. Where it applies, paid digital content must match its description and meet other legal standards, and services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. Rights to a repair, repeat performance, price reduction or refund remain available where the law provides them.
18. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage that the law makes us responsible for, including failing to meet our obligations under these terms. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
For consumers, responsibility for loss is assessed under the applicable rules, including whether the loss was reasonably foreseeable and caused by our failure. Statements about AI uncertainty or interrupted availability do not excuse us from providing what we agreed or from handling a valid legal claim.
You are responsible for how you use or publish material and for sensible precautions such as checking results and keeping copies. We are not responsible for your independent publishing decisions or for loss caused solely by misuse outside our control, but this does not limit our responsibility where our own conduct contributed to the loss.
Evora does not promise revenue, audience growth or profit from anything you create. If you use it for business, the same applies, subject to any specific agreement and mandatory law.
19. Claims about someone else's rights
If material you submit or publish leads to a complaint about copyright, privacy, likeness or another legal right, you are responsible for your own unlawful acts and any liability the law places on you. We may ask for information or proof of permission to understand a complaint and protect the people affected.
If your deliberate unlawful conduct or serious breach causes someone to bring a valid claim against us, we may seek to recover only the loss the law allows us to recover from you. This is not an unlimited duty to defend us or pay every claim connected with the app, and it does not cover loss caused by our own breach or wrongdoing.
A complaint or allegation alone does not prove infringement. Contact support if you think a restriction was a mistake. Do not send illegal content or unnecessary private material; give enough detail to identify the issue and explain how you are connected to it.
20. Governing law and sorting out problems
Please email contact@neptune-ai.net first with the problem and any order or creation reference so we can try to put it right. Contacting support does not stop you from going to a regulator, a store's dispute process or a court when you are entitled to, and it does not pause any legal deadline.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. You keep any right to bring a claim in your local courts that cannot be removed by contract. These terms do not impose compulsory arbitration and do not ask a consumer to give up an available local court.
If your complaint concerns a store decision, that store's review route may also be open to you. Privacy complaints follow the routes in the Privacy Policy. Using a lawful complaints process is never treated as a breach of these terms.
21. Export controls and sanctions
You must follow the export-control, sanctions and trade laws that apply to your use of the software and service. Do not use Evora to carry out a prohibited transaction or transfer, or give access to a person or destination where that would be unlawful.
We may limit access where a legal restriction requires it. Do not try to get around a restriction that applies to you or use another person or device to complete a prohibited transaction.
22. Electronic notices and records
We may send service information and notices through the app, this website or an email conversation you start with support. Google Play may send its own receipts and billing notices. Keep copies of important purchase conditions, receipts and correspondence.
Electronic records and confirmations may be used to record an agreement or deliver a notice where the law allows. We use another form of notice if the law requires one. This section does not authorise marketing messages or replace consent needed for advertising, tracking or other optional processing.
23. Consumer rights where you live
Depending on where you live and what you buy, you may have rights concerning digital content, service quality, cancellation, renewals, warranties and refunds. Those mandatory protections win over any conflicting term here, and store policies may give you further options.
Where a statutory cancellation period applies, any request to start supplying digital content or services before it ends, and its effect on your right to cancel, is handled in the purchase flow with the information and consent the law requires. Visiting this website does not waive that right.
If a feature is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed, we take those rights into account when reviewing your claim, even after a store's usual refund window has passed. Contact support or use the store's process to explain what happened.
24. How these terms fit together
These terms, the conditions shown for a feature or purchase and the linked policies together make up the arrangement for the service. Privacy documents explain how information is handled; mentioning them here does not create consent. Nothing in this section overrides binding information given to you before a purchase or rights protected by law.
If any part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the rest continues to apply as far as the law allows. If we delay enforcing a term, we can still enforce it later.
You may not transfer your permission to use or resell the service without our authorisation. If we transfer the business or this agreement to a successor, the transfer will respect existing obligations, your privacy rights and mandatory protections, and will not be used to reduce a consumer's rights without a lawful basis. We will give notice where required.
25. Updates to these terms and contact
We may revise these terms as the service, the law or how we operate changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes come with any notice or fresh agreement the law requires; an updated page never removes a right attached to an existing purchase.
Questions about these terms can go to contact@neptune-ai.net. The service is provided by Md. Abu Bakker Shekh, Ektarpur, Ektarpur Hat, Khoksa, Kushtia, Kushtia - 7020, Bangladesh. The support page explains how to describe a product, payment, privacy or content issue without sending unnecessary personal information.
26. Accepting these terms
Read these terms and the conditions shown for a feature or purchase before using it. By accepting them in the app or a purchase flow, you agree to the conditions presented there. If you do not agree, do not go ahead with that use or purchase.
Accepting the terms does not give us permission to train AI on your data, waive a right that cannot legally be waived or replace a consent the law requires separately. Contact support if you would like anything explained first.
