A charge looks wrong? Start here.

How subscriptions and credit packs are sold, how to cancel a renewal, and what to do when a payment, a benefit or a refund needs fixing.

1. How buying works in Evora

Evora is preparing for release on Google Play, and this website does not sell anything or list prices. Inside the app, Evora may offer auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time credit packs, all paid through Google Play. The purchase screen shows the price and what is included before you agree. For a subscription it also shows the billing period and automatic renewal; for a trial, its length and what you will be charged afterwards. Any expiry or reset rules for credits are stated with the offer.

This page describes purchase support from Md. Abu Bakker Shekh for Evora AI: AI Video Generator. It does not replace Google Play's terms or the consumer rights that apply to you.

2. Tell us what went wrong

For missing subscription benefits or credits, a duplicate charge, a paid feature that failed or another purchase issue, email contact@neptune-ai.net. Include the Google Play order number (it begins with GPA.), the purchase date, a short description and an app-user or creation reference if you have one. Evora has no account of its own; the Google account that paid is managed by Google.

The order number is enough to begin. Do not send full card details, Google credentials or whole bank statements, and hide unrelated details in any screenshot.

We review the purchase and the problem with you. Depending on the facts and your legal rights, the right outcome may be restoring access, correcting the charge or a refund. Disliking a creative result and a feature failing to work are different problems, so tell us which happened and we will assess it fairly.

3. Google Play's own refund route

You can also ask Google Play to review a purchase made through its billing. Its refund rules depend on the kind of purchase, timing, payment method and country, so check Google's current guidance rather than assuming a fixed window.

If you do not recognise a charge, follow Google Play's guidance on unauthorised purchases and contact us if it relates to Evora. The store or payment provider decides how an approved refund is returned and when it reaches your payment method.

4. After a refund is approved

We honour refunds approved by Google Play and update the matching transaction and entitlement when the store tells us. A refunded purchase may stop providing its subscription benefits, unused credits or other access. The change applies to the refunded item only and does not affect unrelated purchases or your legal remedies.

If Google Play approved a refund but the charge, credit balance or subscription status still looks wrong, send us the order number and the store's decision with unrelated information removed. We can check our records; the store or payment provider controls when the money arrives.

We may investigate repeated requests, unauthorised transactions or deliberate payment abuse and respond proportionately. Disputing a charge or asking for a refund in good faith never removes your consumer rights or your ability to ask for a review.

5. Cancelling, deleting and refunds are three different things

Manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play with the Google account that bought it: open Payments & subscriptions, choose Subscriptions, select Evora AI and follow the steps. Uninstalling Evora or deleting your app data does not stop renewal, and cancelling a future renewal is not a refund request for an earlier charge.

You can ask for deletion even while a purchase question is open. Tell support about both so we can remove your app data and handle any records legally needed for the payment issue separately.

6. Your legal rights are not affected

Nothing on this page makes every purchase non-refundable or removes a remedy that consumer law gives you. Rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content, services not provided as agreed, and cancellation apply wherever the law provides them.

Any consent needed to start supplying digital content during a statutory cancellation period, and its effect on that right, is handled when you buy. This page does not collect that consent or waive any right.

If you disagree with a decision about an Evora purchase, reply to our message or write to contact@neptune-ai.net and explain why you would like it reconsidered.
