1. Email the Evora team

Write to contact@neptune-ai.net. Put a few words about the problem in the subject, then tell us what you expected and what happened. Evora has no registration or login; include an app-user or creation reference if you have one, and never send Google credentials or full payment details.

Evora is preparing for release on Google Play and has no public store link yet. This website will show the official download link when it is available. Prices and paid features are shown in the app.

2. A creation failed or the app misbehaved

Tell us your phone model, Android version and app version, roughly when it happened and any error message or creation reference. Say which feature you were using: image to video, AI image, video extension or a template.

A cropped screenshot can help. Remove private information first, and do not resend a sensitive photo unless support has explained why it is needed.

3. A result that could hurt someone or infringe a right

Open the creation's detail page in Evora and use its report option; you can submit the report without leaving the app. Email is also available if you cannot use the app or need to add information.

Tell us what the concern is and give a creation reference or another way to find it, if you have one. If the result uses your work or your likeness, explain your connection to it. You never need to send us illegal content or extra copies of private material to make a report.

We investigate every report and decide what action to take. Evora does not allow child exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, deceptive impersonation, threats or any other use prohibited in the Terms of Service.

4. Quick routes for common requests

• Deleting your data: use Personal Settings or the email steps on the deletion page — email works even if you cannot open the app.
• A purchase problem: include the Google Play order number and date, but no card or bank details.
• Cancelling a subscription: do it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• A privacy request: describe the information or right involved and add a reference that helps us find your app records, if you have one. We ask only for the verification we need.
